Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled at any time without penalty, and we appreciate advance notice when possible. There are no charges for cancellations or no-shows; however, guests with repeated missed appointments may be required to prepay or book through management. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to avoid impacting other guests, and full service pricing may still apply.
Services that have been performed are non-refundable under Florida law; if a guest is dissatisfied, management must be notified within 24 hours so we may address the concern, which may include a redo or service credit at management’s discretion.
Prepaid services, packages, memberships, and gift certificates are non-refundable but may be credited toward future services unless otherwise required by Florida law.
This policy is intended to comply with applicable Florida consumer protection standards and Florida Department of Health regulations governing massage and spa services.
